A refund may be reviewed if the product was not delivered, a duplicate payment was made, the wrong item was charged, or a major product issue cannot be fixed.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are usually not available for change of mind, wrong license choice, lack of required software, or requests for features not listed on the product page.

If something is not working as described, contact us first. We will review the issue and try to provide a fix or updated file.
Request process
Email hello@arabixweb.com with your order email, product name, payment date and reason. Requests are normally reviewed within 3 to 7 business days.
